Lansdale Police Investigating After Bullet Fired During Home Disturbance Monday Night

Lansdale police say a disturbance occurred Monday night at a local home. It was later determined a bullet was fired during the incident.

LANSDALE, PA — Local police are investigating after it was determined a bullet had been fired inside a local residence during a recent disturbance.

Officers with the Lansdale Police Department responded to a home on the 300 block of York Avenue Monday night around 9 p.m. after getting a call about a possible disturbance involving a large group of people, according to police.

An altercation had apparently occurred between a resident of the home and the group of people. Officers on the scene later determined that during the incident a single bullet had been fired from a handgun inside the residence, although nobody appeared to be injured by the gunshot, according to police.
