The Lansdale Mural Arts Program—under leadership of the Lansdale Business Association, an entity not affiliated with Lansdale Borough—will show off the beauty of the North Penn community at the fundraiser, which looks to put Lansdale on the "MAP," according to an invitation.
There is a three-hour open bar, which includes beer, wine and soda. Liquor awaits you at the cash bar. The event runs 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

All proceeds go to the LMAP program, which is organizing a collective of local artists to beautify the facades of two buildings in downtown Lansdale with murals: West Main and Broad streets on the side of McQuillin Studio, and on the side of Tabora Farms, facing Railroad Plaza.

While those two sites are the intended targets, LMAP is working with other landlords who own buildings at high-visibility locations to get on board with the program.
The period for artists to submit mural concepts for the two facades is now closed. LBA and LMAP are reviewing submissions, at present. The public will be able to view the concepts and weigh in on final decisions.
Marjeane Caterers will host a cocktail-style affair, with unlimited hors d’oeuvres. The event boasts many desserts and a chocolate fountain.
But wait, there’s more.
The LBA and LMAP will also present casino games, magic and caricaturists. There is a silent auction, DJ and dancing. Plus, there are some prizes.
You can buy tickets online here or via check payable to Lansdale Business Association. Send them to P.O. Box 633, Lansdale, PA 19446.
You can also buy them in person at Lansdale Business Center, 650 N. Cannon Ave., Lansdale, or at Minuteman Press, 427 W. Main St., Lansdale.
All tickets will be held at the door, with name and number of tickets.
On the Murals Masquerade invitation, LMAP states that the purpose of the murals are to “integrate color, beauty and new life” into the town and to “celebrate the metamorphoses of Lansdale into a destination town.”
