North Penn Planetarium's Laser Light Show
The planetarium held eight shows over a four-day stretch last week, culminating on Saturday with a constellation show and The Beatles musical laser light show.
If you weren't at North Penn High School on Saturday, then you missed the Fab Four.
The Beatles made an appearance of the laser kind Saturday afternoon during the last session of the high school planetarium's musical laser light shows. The planetarium had eight shows over a four-day stretch last week.
One show called "Laser Retro" featured bands from the 1980s, like Depeche Mode and The Cure. "Laser Vinyl" featured hits by Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC, for instance.

All of the shows were done under the 30-foot dome in the 57-seat planetarium, under direction of astronomy teacher James Bauman.
All proceeds from the event—$7 for adults, $5 for students—went to the North Penn schools.
