Photo: Helicopter Throws First TYA Baseball Pitch

Patch reader Barbara Roque shared her photos with Lansdale Patch via our Facebook page from Saturday's opening day of Towamencin Youth Association baseball.

The ceremonial first pitch of the season for Towamencin Youth Association baseball was more of a vertical drop than a horizontal throw.

The first pitch was dropped into the outfield via a Robinson helicopter owned by Flying Mews LLC in Bernardsville, NJ.

The photo was posted to Lansdale Patch's Facebook wall by reader Barbara Roque.
