DOYLESTOWN, PA —Police presence is planned at tonight's North Penn football game at Central Bucks West in Doylestown after a non-credible threat was made against that school, officials said.

Officers from the Central Bucks Regional Police Department will be present at tonight's carnival and varsity football game. Central Bucks administrators said North Penn has also offered to send security staff as well.

In a message to the Central Bucks school community Friday afternoon, Superintendent John Kopicki said the threat capped a "challenging week" for Central Bucks families. Catarina Gane, a 12th grade student at CB West, passed away Monday.
