Souderton OKs 56-Unit Apartment Development on Reliance Road
Reliance Crossings boasts 56 garden apartments in 10 buildings, according to a report.
A 56-unit apartment development called Reliance Crossing received preliminary approval from Souderton Borough Council this week, reports The Souderton Independent.
The 4-acre development site is at Reliance Road and Second Street. Proposed in the development are 10 three-story-tall buildings housing a total of 56 garden apartments, according to the article.
Plans also show 96 parking spaces in the site and 13 spaces on Second Street.
