Wood-Vine Connector Project Breaks Ground in Lansdale
Lansdale Borough Council were joined by State Sen. Bob Mensch Wednesday evening at Lansdale Public Library for the groundbreaking ceremony.
One of the biggest transportation improvement projects in Lansdale Borough is officially underway, following a special groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday evening at Lansdale Public Library.
The $3.5M Wood-Vine Connector Project looks to improve traffic conditions by giving drivers a straightaway from Vine and Broad streets to Main and Wood streets, bypassing the SEPTA crossings and Main and Broad street intersection.
Vine Street will be realigned between Broad Street and Susquehanna Avenue. Susquehanna Avenue will be realigned and merged into a more straight configuration with Derstine Avenue.
