Zitin Over Pizzichillo in Montgomery Tax Collector Democratic Primary
The two Democrats were battling for the most votes in the Primary to face incumbent Republican Patricia Gallagher in November.
It's Gary Zitin versus Patricia Gallagher unofficially for tax collector in Montgomery Township in November.
Democrat Zitin was unofficially successful over his contender Karen Pizzichillo in the Democratic Primary Tuesday.
According to Montgomery County election results, Zitin unofficially garnered 244 votes, or 60.8 percent, over Pizzichillo's 157 votes, of 37 percent, of all eight precincts reporting in the township.

Gallagher, who has no Republican contention, received 509 votes in the Primary.
