UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA โ€”A new luxury townhouse community has opened in Upper Providence with units starting at $1 million.

The opulent "Canterbury Meadows," built by Toll Brothers, is located on 183 Kline Road. It's set just behind the Target on the patch of land between Linfield-Trappe Road and Main Street.

"Showcasing a luxurious selection of modern two-story home designs, this community offers flexible floor plans with four bedrooms, 2-car side-entry garages, and first-class personalization options," Toll Brothers' listing reads.

There are 27 units in the community, with only one marked as sold and two as reserved. All homes are priced between $1.04 million and $1.19 million. Most of the homes back up on to open space.

Features of the homes include a "spacious main living space with a kitchen that is central to the casual dining area and great room, spacious bedrooms including a primary suite
with luxury bath, and a fifth bedroom on the first floor with private bath, a first-floor office, and a finished basement," the listings note.
