The catalog reflects a country-style estate with a mix of painted furniture, functional household pieces, and decorative items spanning multiple rooms of the home.

Furniture appears prominently throughout the sale. Offerings include a painted wood two-door cabinet with drawers, a marble-top table with carved wooden base, a carved wooden bedframe with mattress and box spring, a wooden rope bed with mattress, and multiple wooden footstools. Additional storage-related furnishings include a wood and metal blanket chest, small tables, benches, and utility seating. These pieces range from decorative painted forms to functional bedroom and storage furniture.
Clocks include a wooden octagonal wall clock and a wooden clock case shelf with glass door, representing traditional American wall clock forms and case styles. Lighting includes a variety of period and decorative examples such as glass oil lamps with brass burners, porcelain table lamps with figural motifs, and mixed oil and electric lamps, reflecting both decorative and transitional lighting styles.
Decorative arts appear across numerous lots. These include decorative ceramics, porcelain and glass small objects, religious figurines, and assorted accent pieces. Seasonal décor is well represented with holiday decorations, ornaments, and vintage-style Christmas decorations and cards, along with mixed decorative groupings suitable for shelf or tabletop display.
Kitchen and dining items include Salem and Bavaria decorative dishware, a Gefle Mullbar dish set, and additional assorted dishware lots. These offerings include plates, serving pieces, and decorative tableware presented in grouped lots.
Books and printed materials include illustrated children’s books, vintage children’s illustrated books, and doll reference books, adding a paper and reference category to the sale. Toys and collectibles form another notable section, featuring Mattel Barbie dolls, vinyl dolls including McDonald’s collectibles, a tin toy train set, metal noise makers, and automobile-themed toys and banks. Additional toy vehicle groupings appear across several lots.
Tools and household equipment appear in smaller quantities, including a wooden flip-top stool with wall shelf and decorative or utility items such as painted saw blades and wooden duck decoys, blending functional objects with folk-art style décor.
