Tonight's hearing is a continuation of the hearing regarding the Jaindl Land Co.'s attempt to develop hundreds of acres of township farmland into industrial, commercial and residential properties.
Unless other issues take priority, zoning officials may decide on the township and Jaindl's motion to dismiss the appellants' complaint.
