Why Go: Local restaurants will cater the event with great samplings all evening. Local wineries and breweries will also be participating.
Pricing: Tickets: $10. Tickets in advance only. Must be 21 years of age.
When/Where: 6:30 p.m. Fridays and 7:30 p.m. Saturdays during July and August at Crystal Cave.
Why Go: In honor of the caves' 140th anniversary, guides in period costumes will spin lore from waaaaay back in the day.
Pricing: $20, adults; $12, children 8-11; $15 each for members of groups of 15 or more. Tour is not suitable for children under 8.
4. Rock N’ Roll Day at America On Wheels Museum
When/Where: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the museum's Hub Cap Cafe, the museum’s restored 1950s soda fountain.
Why Go: Enjoy musical car tunes of the 1950s and 1960s on the museum’s Seeburg Jukebox.
Pricing: $7, general adult admission; $5, seniors; $3.50, students; children under 5, free.
5. Last Day of the Kutztown Folk Festival
When/Where: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 10 at the Kutztown Fairgrounds.
Why Go: Because it'll be another whole year before you can see those gorgeous quilts and see all those crafts and taste that food!
Pricing: Admission: $14, adults; $13, seniors; $5, juniors.
