L.V. Transportation Study Holds Public Meetings Today

The Lehigh Valley Transportation Study will hold public meetings at 10 a.m. at at the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission offices.

will hold public meetings at 10 a.m. today in the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC) conference room, 961 Marcon Blvd., Suite 310, Allentown and at 5:30 p.m. today in the PennDOT District 5 conference room, 1002 Hamilton St., Allentown, to consider the Draft FFY2013–2016 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).

The purpose of the public meetings is to solicit comments on this document. A meeting of the LVTS Coordinating Committee will be held at 10 a.m. July 18 in the LVPC conference room to consider adoption of the TIP.

The TIP lists high priority highway, bridge and transit projects for the Lehigh Valley for the period of Oct. 1, 2012 through Sept. 30, 2016.
