The Wait is Over: Restaurant Week Begins at the Promenade Shops of Saucon Valley
The week-long event combines hot prices on cool eateries with events and activities starting today.
After a long winter wait, Restaurant Week returns to the Promenade Feb. 20-24.
The week kicks off today with Family Fun Day, an afternoon of events aimed at children and their grown-ups. From noon to 2pm this afternoon, kids can meet mascots including Maggie Moo the Cow, Red the Red Robin, The Nestle Bunny who will stroll the Promenade to take pictures.
The Children's Place is holding a coloring contest, with the top four artists receiving a $25 gift card to the Children's Place. All coloring sheets should be submitted for judging by 1:30pm. There are also free samples at Dough Brother's Deli and goodie bags at Verizon Wireless.

All this leads into the main event, prix-fix meals at participating restaurants throughout the Promenade. Participating restaurants for lunch include:

Monday evening four restaurants are participating in Napkin Night at the Promenade. From 6 to 9pm, Shula’s, Komé, Melt, Pacifico, and White Orchids will have 1,000 "special napkins" hidden on tables containing free prizes, which range from free candles to $100 gift cards to the Promenade.
Other shops are running $3 specials during the week, including:
