She has taught adults and children of all ages competitive and social ballroom for 5 years and is choreographer for Dancing with the Spanish Stars at Lower Moreland High School.

4. The Huntingdon Valley Library will host an Opera Workshop today from 6:30-8:30p.m. This program is both an introduction to and an appreciation of, opera. Opera aficionados and those who know nothing about opera are both invited to come enjoy this entertaining program by Joan Cohen.
Cohen is a well known and popular lecturer, and speaks regularly for the opera company of Philadelphia. She is the founder and director of the Opera Salon, established as a forum for the exchange of ideas on opera. This is for adults, but children ages 12 and up may also attend this program.
