1. Speaker, Paul A. Offit, MD is a world-renowned pediatrician, author and respected expert on vaccines, immunology and virology. Dr. Offit is the co-inventor of the rotavirus vaccine Rota Teq that has been credited with saving hundreds of lives everyday.

2. The will hold a in the Lower Moreland Township Municipal Building at 7 p.m.

3. It’s a busy day for Lower Moreland athletics, as the varsity and softball will both host home games at the high school. The baseball team, which has had its previous games , will play Holy Ghost at 3:45. The girls will host New Hope at the same time at the softball field.

4. The is holding Babysitting Class tonight from 6:30-8:30p.m. Teenagers are encouraged to come out if they wish to learn the ins and outs of babysitting. It’s a great way to earn some extra cash for spending money, as well as establish some responsibility caring for others.

The fee is $30 and sign up is required. A certificate of completion is awarded to students who complete all five classes. A list of those who completed the class will be available to all parents who request it.

5. The Huntingdon Valley Library will host at 6:30 p.m. It is intended for kids ages 4-5 and all families are welcome to come to the free event.
