Back To School: Lower Moreland 2021-22 School Calendar

LOWER MORELAND, PA — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Lower Moreland, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day of school in the Lower Moreland School District.

The first day of school for most students in Lower Moreland is Aug. 30, 2021.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point. At this point, only in-person learning will be taking place in Lower Moreland.

Facemasks are currently optional for students and staff during the upcoming school year, although that may be subject to change depending on any potential changes in county or state regulations.

Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Lower Moreland Township School District

First day: Aug. 30, 2021

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 24-26. Students will have a 12 p.m. noon early dismissal on Nov. 23 for parent conferences.

Winter Break: Dec. 24 to 31. Students will have a 12 p.m. noon early dismissal on Dec. 23 for professional development.

Spring Break: April 11 to 15

Last Day: June 16
