Burglar Ransacks Montco Home, Steals Valuables From Safes
Lower Moreland Police are seeking the public's help in locating a suspect who ransacked a home in the township in mid-July.

LOWER MORELAND, PA β Investigators in this eastern Montgomery County community are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect who broke into a local home last month and stole valuable personal belongings.
Lower Moreland Police reported that officers on July 17 were dispatched to a home on Jefferson Lane after a resident said they returned home to discover their house had been broken into and ransacked.
The victims reported that bedrooms in the home were rummaged through, personal items were damaged and glass doors were broken.

The family had surveillance cameras trained on the front of the property, but the suspects broke into the home through a rear glass door, police stated.
The suspect also broke numerous safes in the home and stole their contents, which were described as valuable.
