Discussion of More Billboards to be Heard at Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission will go over the curative amendments to the Zoning Code at its meeting.

The Lower Moreland Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, Oct. 27, at 7:30 p.m. in the township .

The only item on the agenda is to review the curative amendments to the Zoning Code regarding billboards. Last week the Board of Commissioners to allow one billboard on Heaton Rd. & County Line Rd. overlooking the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Tonight, the Planning Commission will review the zoning code to determine where and if more billboards will be going up in the township. This has been a hotly-debated topic between the township officials and the residents, so if you want to make your voice heard, come out to the meeting tonight.
