Elderly Man Cited for Urinating in the Street

The following was reported by the Lower Moreland Police Department.

The Lower Moreland Police Department responded to the 2400 block of Dale Road after a neighbor witnessed a driver step out of his car and urinate on the roadway in front of the house.

The resident yelled at the man, who then got back in his car and drove away. The resident was able to obtain the registration of the car and told police which direction the car was headed.

Police eventually stopped the driver, Anthony Angelucci, 71, of Philadelphia. Angelucci denied urinating on the ground, and told police that he was on his way home from a friend's house in Quakertown. He submitted a portable breath test but was not found to be intoxicated. He continued to deny urinating on the street, and police warned him that if they found evidence that he was lying, he would be charged for disorderly conduct.
