Four HV Firefighters Become Nationally Certified Instructors

Chief Ron Herwig, Lieutenants Erika Becker, Glenn Roggio and Kate Valesky passed their tests last week and are now certified fire instructors.

Four firefighters from the Huntingdon Valley Fire Company completed their course work last week and passed their tests to become nationally certified fire instructors. Chief Ron Herwig, Lieutenants Erika Becker, Glenn Roggio and Kate Valesky will now be able to share their knowledge and experience with personnel from other fire companies in the region to help better protect our neighborhood. It is a significant accomplishment to complete the course, so let’s wish them a congratulations and wish them to best of luck.
