LM Township Office Closed; Board Meeting Pushed Back

The Lower Moreland township office will be closed for the holiday and the Historical Architectural Review Board meeting will take place next Monday, Sept. 12. at 7 p.m.

The Lower Moreland Township offices will be closed today, Sept. 5, to observe the Labor Day holiday.

The Historical Architectural Review Board, which regularly meets on the first Monday of every month, will now hold its meeting on the following Monday, Sept. 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building.

The application of Lou Ranieri, 2535 Huntingdon Pike, on behalf of , 2511 Huntingdon Pike, who seek to install a new freestanding and wall signs. The freestanding sign will be rectangular in shape and mounted between two dark blue columns. The sign surface will have a blue background with gold lettering displaying business information and white lettering displaying the web page location. The triangular wall sign has a blue background and gold lettering.

The application of Lou Ranieri, 2535 Huntingdon Pike, on behalf of saffron Indian Kitchen, 25-1 Huntingdon Pike, who seek to replace a column mounting hanging and wall signs. Both signs will have a dark yellow background bordered in gold and silver with red lettering.
