Longview LP Won't Present Philmont Ave. Development Sketch at Upcoming Meeting
Developers who attended previous meetings to map out plans to build along Philmont Ave. will not be at Tuesday night's Board of Commissioners meeting based on the reaction of residents and township officials alike.

Back in early July, representatives from the development company . The consensus from the township was that it needed more revisions.
After a second revised sketch was presented at last month’s Zoning Hearing Board meeting, there is still a ton of work that needs to be done before anything is finalized. So much so that the company decided not to come out to tomorrow night’s meeting in favor or additional planning and revisions.

Longview doesn't plan on just scrapping the project all together though, and will be at a future meeting with a more detailed-oriented plan.
“We're not coming to this week's Board of Supervisors meeting but will be coming back to the Planning Commission in the near future with an upgraded plan taking into account recent meeting comments,” Longview representative Fei Xue said.
