A Former TD Bank Teller Manager Has Been Charged In Fraud Scheme By Lower Moreland Police
Lower Moreland Police say Patrice Singh, a former TD Bank teller manager, was involved in two bank frauds here and in Philadelphia.

LOWER MORELAND, PA β Township police have arrested a former TD Bank teller manager for her alleged involvement in two separate incidents of bank fraud, one in July 2021 and the other the following month.
Patrice Singh, a former teller branch manager with TD Bank, is accused of providing a customer's bank account information to two other individuals β Justin Varvaro and Christian Giles β who police say successfully committed unauthorized withdraws from the victim's account in the amount of $17,125.
Police said the defendants also tried to fraudulently steal another $3,000, but that other TD Bank employees notified the authorities before the transaction could be completed.

Lower Moreland police say they arrested Varvaro, who is from Connecticut, on the spot, and that the investigation led to the identification of Singh and Giles as co-conspirators in the frauds.

Police say that Singh is originally from Queens, New York, but that she was living in Northeast Philadelphia and had been assigned to one of the TD Bank branches in that part of the city during the time that the frauds took place.
Court records for Varvaro show that he has been charged with a number of felony counts, including forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and identity theft.
Singh, who remains confined to county prison for failing to post bail, is also being charged with a number of felonies, including forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, identity theft, and other counts.
A preliminary hearing for Singh has been scheduled for March 8 before Magisterial District Judge Jay S. Friedenberg.
Records show that Varvaro posted unsecured bail following his arraignment on Jan. 5.
