Graffiti was found on two snack shop doors.

- Bethayres Market
Fire companies responded to the Bethayres Market at 11:59 a.m. after smoke came through the vents of the second-floor break room. The fire was caused by a faulty HVAC rooftop unit, police said.
All employees and customers were evacuated without suffering injuries. Read .

April 10 β Theft
- Philmont Train Station, 120 Tomlinson Rd.
A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked in the parking lot of the Philmont Train Station between 5:20 and 9:15 p.m. The estimated to cost is $300 to replace the part, police said.
April 10 β DUI
- Huntingdon Valley
Alana Wirt, 30, of Fountainville, will be charged with DUI after an officer saw her turn into the parking lot of the Huntingdon Valley Library at 1:51 a.m., police said.
The officer immediately detected an odor of alcohol and Wirt failed to satisfactorily complete several field sobriety tests, police said, adding that she refused to submit a preliminary breath test or chemical testing.
April 8 β Fruad
- 2300 block of High Rd.
A resident of High Rd. contacted police at 4:12 p.m. to report fraudulent e-mails that she received from alleged bank agencies stating that her account had been compromised, police said. The resident told officers that the resident does not have an account at either of the banks and she did not respond to the e-mails.
April 7 β Theft
- 2695 Philmont Ave.
An employee of Weintruab Brothers contacted police at 2:04 p.m. after he saw a man take his navigation system out of his carβs open window, police said, adding that the vehicle he fled in was found to be reported stolen out of Bensalem.
April 7 β Harassment
- Red Lion Rd. & Pine Rd.
Douglas Wirtshafter, 56, of Philadelphia, will be cited for disorderly conduct following a road rage incident in the area Red Lion and Pine Roads at 12:35 p.m., police said.
April 7 β Theft
- Huntingdon Valley Library
It was reported at 11:44 a.m. that five copper grounding wires, worth a total of $125, had been stolen from the cell tower in the rear of the Huntingdon Valley Library, police said. It is estimated that the wires will cost between $4,000 and $4,500 to replace.
