Lower Moreland Ranks No. 8 in State for PSSA Testing Scores

The Pittsburgh Business Times released its statewide rankings based on PSSA scores. LM came in at number 8.

It's PSSA (Pennsylvania System of School Assessment) time in Lower Moreland and students throughout the district have been tested on various subjects over the last two months.

Recently, the Pittsburgh Business Times looked at test scores throughout the state and ranked each school based on their PSSA scores. It took into account tests over the last three years in each subject. You can also check out a more detailed version of the individual test scores at each school at this Pennsylvania Department of Education website.

It was a good showing for LM, which ranks No. 8 of the 62 schools that were looked at. Lower Moreland received a statewide ranking of 15.

The top-ranked school district was Unionville-Chadds Ford (Chester County - No. 2 statewide).
