Lower Welsh Road Shut Down After Water Main Break
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
LOWER MORELAND, PA — Lower Welsh Road was shut down in Lower Moreland Thursday morning after a water main break in the area.
The incident occurred at around 6:30 a.m.
The closure is in place between High Road and Huntingdon Pike.
