When they went out to take the report, police were told that Rodriguez, who had been terminated from his employment that same morning, walked into the warehouse portion of the business following his firing and struck another employee with a half-gallon jug of iced tea/lemonade before leaving the scene, according to Lower Moreland police.
An arrest warrant was issued for Rodriguez and he now faces a slew of charges, including aggravated assault, which in Pennsylvania is a second-degree felony.
