The following incidents were reported by the Lower Moreland Police Department.

July 19 – Narcotics possession – Marijuana
- 25 Byberry Rd – Forrest Hills Cemetery
Last week LMPD was requested to supply extra patrol at Forrest Hills Cemetery because of trespassing. One week later, David Patrick Martinez and Carol Jo-Lynn Smith were caught at the top of the mausoleum at 12:05 a.m. After detecting the smell of pot, police searched the woman’s purse and found a small amount of marijuana to go along with two pipes with residue on them.
The two trespassers told officers they were "hoping to watch the storm roll in." They also had a pile of cigarette butts in a box that they apparently collected instead of throwing out.
