- Area of Red Lion Rd. and Huntingdon Pike

When Snyder exited the parking lot, he struck the curb and ran on to the grass with his car along Pine Rd. September 30 β Unsworn Falsification
- Area of Philmont Ave.
Police observed a man on a bike wearing dark clothes and carrying a backpack along Philmont Ave. Officers originally stopped him because the bike was not equipped with proper lighting and cars on the road had to yield to the biker. Due to recent nighttime burglaries along the Philmont corridor, police stopped the subject to investigate.
The biker, who was later revealed as Roman Yanush, 26, of Richboro, indicated he was from the Ukraine and had only been in the country for the last three days. Yanush said he was staying with his cousin, Greg, but didnβt know the street or his address. Police took the bike in their possession and were directed to a building in Fettersmill Square where Yanush was supposedly staying. A resident there told police that he was not related to Yanush, and then Yanush told police he was staying with his cousin Andrey. Once again Yanush could not tell police where Andrey lived.
Yanush was taken to Upper Moreland PD to be processed for identification. It was revealed he had a prior arrest for shoplifting. Once police revealed this information to him, Yanush suddenly remembered where he lived and his correct date of birth.
