The following incidents were reported by the Lower Moreland Police Department

March 21 - DUI
Alice Yazujian, 54, of the 500 block of Anne St, was arrested for DUI at 3:32 p.m. after she rear-ended a vehicle in the area of Huntingdon Pike and Byberry Rd., police said, adding that she failed field sobriety tests.
She was taken to Holy Redeemer Hospital and charges are pending lab results, police added.
March 21 - Attempted Theft
A man attempted to steal a small HDTV from the CVS at 670 Welsh Rd. by putting it in a paper bag, police said. The man, who may have become suspicious, left the store without the television or bag before police arrived. The manager of the store contacted police at 10:23 a.m. after
March 21 - Theft
A resident of the 300 block of County Line Rd. contacted police at 7:55 a.m. after discovering that two bikes had been stolen from the front of his house overnight.
March 20 - Vandalism
An officer found several cars egged, police said, that were located in the 3700 block of Pine Rd., the 3800 block of Blake Rd. and the 400 block of Andrew Rd.
March 20 - Criminal mischiefΒ
A resident of the 800 block of Broadmoor Rd. found the rear window of its car broken overnight. It was reported it at 10:31 a.m.
March 18 - Criminal Mischief
A resident of the 900 block of Rye Valley Rd. contacted police at 3:29 p.m. after discovering that the two driverβs side tires of his vehicle had been slashed overnight, police said. Police also said that it costs $163 replace them.
March 18 - Fraud
A resident of the 100 block of Marc Lane contacted police at 2:24 p.m. after he noticed that his e-mail account had been hacked into and that the settings had been changed. His mail was being forwarded to a different e-mail address.
March 18 - DUI
Thomas Neveil III, 30, of Philadelphia, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. after causing a disturbance at the Bethayres Tavern, 2231 Huntingdon Pike, police said, adding that a witness told officers he became aggressive with the bartender.
Police said that Neveil failed field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test showed that his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
He was taken to Holy Redeemer Hospital and charges are pending lab results, police added.
March 18 - Disorderly Conduct
Terry Smith, 29, of Croydon, was cited for disorderly conduct after a security guard at Discovery House, 2775 Philmont Ave., saw a man, who was sitting in the passenger seat of a car in the parking lot, with a ceramic pipe. The passenger told police he was waiting for a friend who was getting treatment.
Suspected marijuana residue was found on the pipe, police said, adding that no other contraband was found in the vehicle.
March 17 - DUI

Vladislav Tinovsky, 36, of the 3600 block of Meadow Way, was arrested for at 1:40 a.m. after he made an illegal right on red at Red Lion and Pine roads, police said. He failed several field sobriety tests and refused to submit a preliminary breath test.
He was taken to Upper Moreland Township Police Department and test results showed that his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
