The following incidents were reported by the Lower Moreland Police Department.

May 10 β Theft
- 301 Tomlinson Rd., Philmont Country Club
A laptop, think pad, Home Depot and Sunoco credit cards, as well as keys to club offices and more than $1,000 in cash were reported stolen since November of 2010. The general manager of Philmont Country Club contacted police at 11:02 a.m.

- 3400 block of Heather Rd.
A resident of the 3400 block of Heather Road contacted police at 1:18 p.m. to report that he has not been receiving his mail the past three months, police said, adding that he was told to contact the United States Postal Service.
May 9 β Theft
- 1647 Republic Rd., DeSabatino Contracting
The owner of DeSabatino Contracting contacted police at 11:46 a.m. after discovering that two catalytic converters had been cut from his vehicle, police said. The estimated cost of the converters is $600.

May 9 β Theft
- 1601 Republic Rd., Gutter Doctors
The owner of Gutter Doctors, 1601 Republic Road, contacted police at 6:14 a.m. after discovering that catalytic converters were stolen from two of his vehicles, police said.
May 9 β Fraud
- 3800 block of Warfield Dr.
A resident of the 3800 block of Warfield Drive contacted police at 12:36 p.m. after he received a bill regarding a default account that he never opened, police said.
May 9 β DUI
- 2300 block of Philmont Ave.
Tracy Jackson, 32, of Glenside, is facing DUI charges after she hit into a guardrail in the 2300 block of Philmont Avenue at 5:20 p.m., police said.
A witness told officers it appeared she had fallen asleep at the wheel. Jackson admitted to being on several medications, three of which can potentially cause impairment while driving, police said.
May 8 β Criminal mischief
- 3600 block of Wheatsheaf Lane
A tire of a vehicle that was parked on the Ridgeview Road side of a property in the 3600 block of Wheatsheaf Lane was punctured during the overnight hours of May 8, police said. Two other vehicles in the area were also damaged.
May 6 β Theft
- 2101 Huntingdon Pike, Bethayres Train Station
A car parked in lot at the Bethayres Train Station had eight CDs stolen out of it and there were pry marks on the door. The owner was waiting for the train around 3 p.m. when the incident occurred.
May 6 β DUI
- Area of Huntingdon Pike
Andrew Giacobe, 25, of New Hope, is facing DUI charges after officers received the report of a reckless driver on Huntingdon Pike at 10:52 p.m., police said.
Giacobe stopped on High Street and told officers he was driving recklessly because it was hard for him to follow the directions on his navigation system. Field sobriety tests showed his blood alcohol was above the legal limit.
May 5 β Theft
- 1630 Republic Rd., Tottser Tool
It was reported at 3:51 p.m. that two women stole scrap metal from Tottser Tool.dding that one of the woman was found at Sullivan Scrap Metal on Mann Road attempting to receive money for the metal she turned in.
May 4 β Theft
- 3100 block of Philmont Ave.
A resident of the 3100 block of Philmont Avenue contacted police at 6:52 p.m. to report that a Honda generator had been stolen from the bed of his dadβs truck, police said.
