Living so close to Philadelphia, we're all supposed to be cheesesteak "experts." We're supposed to take pride in knowing where to get the best one and what language to use when ordering it. But what about its cousin, the hoagie?

When you're not in the mood for a hot sandwich, sometimes a nice hoagie can hit the spot. There are a lot of local places that serve a wide variety of subs and like to put its own finishing touches on them to make their recipes original.
