Want to get in shape for the upcoming Spring season? Or maybe you just want to shed a few extra pounds for that important event coming up? Well Patch has you covered with a couple suggestions of local gym specials. Β 

, the biggest gym in the area, has a couple different options. If you aren’t looking to get tied down with yearly contracts, this might be the place for you’re looking for.

The current special for new customers is $29.99/month with a $49.00 enrollment fee. They will ask you to put some money down, however, when starting a new membership. With that membership though, you not only have access to their state-of-the-art equipment, but you can also participate in racquetball, basketball and tennis.

You can also purchase a yearly membership, which will run you $458/year. The savings really kick in during the second year, where it will only cost $215 for the next 12 months. A first-and-last-month deposit is required and you need five days notice to cancel. There are no contracts you have to sign.

Aerobic basics, Aqua Fit, Belly Dancing, Body Works Plus Abs, Bootcamp Conditioning, Cardio Jam, Cycle, Cycle Zone, Club Boxing Circuit, Hip-hop, Kickboxing Cardio, Latin Heat, Pilates, Senior fit, Step Plus Abs, Step II Plus Abs, Step Circuit, Step Sculpt, Striding, Sunrise Yoga, Tai Chi, Total Body Conditioning, Yoga, Yoga Basics and Yogabeat.

The sampler is also offered, which are classes held on the first of each month.Β  These classes require no experience and are for those interested in seeing what the courses have to offer.Β

This gym offers a cheaper plan at $19.95/month. If you sign up for this membership, the $50 enrollment fee will be tossed out the window. There are also plans at $29/month, where the $29 enrollment fee will be tossed out as well.

The low-monthly plans make it a good alternative to some of the higher-priced gyms ou there. There are no contracts and all credit cards are accepted.

Body Dynamics offers personal trainers, the Gravity Center (group strength training, Pilates and post-rehabilitation Training, belly dancing, martial arts, massage therapy and a chiropractic office.
