Notice is hereby given of applications to be considered at a public hearing of the Zoning Hearing Board of Lower Moreland Township to be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the , 640 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.

The application of Mark Hankin and HanMar MLP., PO Box 26767, Elkins Park, PA 19027 who seek relief from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance of Lower Moreland Township, Chapter 208, Section 115. A(2)(gg) a Special Exception to allow the storage of chemicals on a property in the "I" Industrial District having an area less than 5 acres (1.889 acres), having lot width(s) less than 400 feet (372.43 & 389.7 fee each) and having setbacks less than 100 feet each (front yards 49.8 & 28.9 feet each and side 64.7 feet for the property situated at the southerly corner of Republic and Heaton Roads addressed as 1610 Republic Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.

The co-applicant of 380 Red Lion Associates, LLP and American Patriot Ambulance Services, Inc.; and Frontier Transit Inc., 380 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 who seek relief in the terms of the Zoning Ordinance of Lower Moreland Township, Chapter 208, Section 164 a Variance to allow the use of a portion of an adjacent property located at 2507 Philmont Avenue, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 for the storage and dispatch of wheelchair accessible vans and section 208-124.A.(3) a Special Exemption to allow common parking facilities between two adjacent lots for the daily parking of employee's vehicles and mutual access to parking area for storage and dispatch of ambulance and handicap transit vehicles.
