Church Fire Under Investigation In Lower Bucks Co.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A fire Saturday morning at a Lower Southampton Township Church is under investigation by the Bucks County Fire Marshal's Office.

The Lower Southampton Fire Department and 10 mutual aid companies responded around 10 a.m. Saturday to the Assumption BVM Church for the report of a gym on fire.

Fire crews arrived, found fire coming from the roof, and worked quickly to extinguish the fire, officials said.

The fire department thanked neighboring fire companies for assisting with the fire.
