Jersey Mike's Subs To Open In Feasterville

There will be a grand-opening celebration and charity benefit going on through Sunday, March 31.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Folks hungry for a sandwich in the Feasterville area will have a new option starting next week, when Jersey Mike's Subs opens its doors.

The fast-casual restaurant known for its grilled subs will open on Wednesday, March 27 at 182 West Street Rd. in Feasterville.

The franchise owners, Azeem Khan and Usman Chaudhry, will be holding a grand opening and free-sub fundraiser from Wednesday through Sunday, March 31, to benefit Sunshine Foundation. The shop is circulating 7,500 coupons in the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Sunshine Foundation, a Southampton based nonprofit that works to make dreams come true for chronically ill and other disadvantaged children.

"As cousins who grew up in this area, we always talked about being able to come back one day and not only share laughs and a good meal with our community, but also be able to connect with them and give back at the same time," said Khan. "We couldn't be more blessed and excited about this and feel as if it's a true testament to what our family and Jersey Mike's as a whole is all about."

Since 2010, Manasquan, N.J.-based Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised more than $34 million for local charities and have distributed more than 2 million free sub sandwiches to help numerous causes.

Started in 1956, Jersey Mike's now has 2,000 restaurants open or under development nationwide.
