Accused Swim Coach Waives Preliminary Hearing

A Bayard Rustin swim coach accused of having sex with an underage student waived his right to a preliminary hearing in District Court 15-3-04 Tuesday.
Kenneth Fuller, 47, who also coached with the , is free on $250,000 cash bail. He is scheduled for a formal arraignment in county court on June 14, facing a list of charges that includes sexual assault, corruption of minors, furnishing alcohol to a minor and endangering the welfare of children.
Fuller, 47, of West Goshen, was employed as the head swimming coach at Rustin when, according to court documents, he had at least three sexual encounters with an underage female member of the team.
