Foreclosure Could be Coming for Malvern Meeting House

It looks like nothing is expected to happen with the Malvern Meeting House until January.

East Whiteland Township solicitor William Lincke said that TD Bank, which currently owns the property, is looking to foreclose on the Malvern Meeting House property and that a foreclosure hearing is expected to take place some time in January, according to a story on Daily Local.

The story (which expands on how the East Whiteland supervisors plan to address blight in the township) says that the township will likely wait until foreclosure before making a move to condemn the building, which it discussed doing in its October meeting earlier this year.
