UPDATED: Borough's Lone Pay Phone Is No More
The phone, located next to Kohlerman Pharmacy and Wawa, was found lying on the sidewalk on June 2.
Update: According to Charles Kohlerman, the pay phone fell because its base had rotted, not due to the actions of a person. As co-owner of the shopping center, he said the phone will not be replaced. In the days before cell phones, Kohlerman said the phone would produce around $300 in a month. Lately, the phone generated less than $10 monthly.
