Malvern Man Wanted Who Solicited Sex Photo Of Child: State Police
PA State Police are looking for a parolee from Malvern who is charged with luring a child into a vehicle and other crimes.

MALVERN, PA — A 31-year-old parolee from Malvern is wanted after a Pennsylvania State Police investigation brought charges of criminal solicitation of a minor to photograph or film them in a computer sex act, and other related charges, police said on Friday morning.
The Pennsylvania State Police, Embreeville Criminal Investigation Unit began an investigation on Aug. 13 into the sexual child abuse of at least one child who was alleged to have been abused by Graham Bradley Charles Roman.
Investigators discovered that another child was also sexually abused by Roman in April of 2021, according to the police report.

Roman was then charged with criminal solicitation of a minor to photo/film/depict themselves in a computer sex act; corruption of minors; interference with the custody of children, criminal use of a communication facility; endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful contact with a minor; luring a child into a motor vehicle, sell/furnish alcohol to minors; and criminal solicitation to disseminate photo/films of child sex acts, the State Police report said.
The investigation by Pennsylvania State Police, including interviews, give them reason to believe there are more victims yet to be identified, their report said.

Roman is currently on State Parole and is believed to have traveled to the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area most recently, police said. Authorities believe Roman is traveling and are asking residents of Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania to give attention to the case right now.
Roman has access to a gray 2015 Jeep Cherokee with a PA Registration LCP1412. He is possibly in an unknown model of an orange Jeep, police noted.
Police are asking anyone with any information related to Roman's whereabouts, or with information of any other victims, or anyone who may know of any other incidents involving Roman to call the PA State Police, Embreeville Barracks at 610-486-6280.
