New Beer Lager Husks & Hops Is Available Thursday At Exton Restaurant

EXTON, PA — A limited release beer, Husks & Hops, will be introduced from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden in Eagleview Town Center.

Locavores and beer lovers can enjoy free appetizers with purchase of the Husks & Hops beer or tickets to a Good Food Fest, which is scheduled from 11 a.m. to to 4 p.m. Sunday. Nov. 11. at the Kimberton Fairgrounds.

Husks & Hops is a collaboration brewed by Suburban Brewing Co. and Deer Creek Malthouse.

The beer will also be available to sample 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kimberton Whole Foods in Downingtown and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday in Kimberton.

Husks & Hops is a light to medium body domestic lager that pours with a deep golden color and a bright white head.

The beer supports Pennsylvania agriculture and is brewed with all local ingredients.

The beer release party is free and open to the public, but registration is recommended.
