Universal Pasteurization will create 51 new jobs when it moves into 170,000 square-foot facility on Lee Boulevard.

After a significant push by state and county officials, Universal Pasteurization Company has agreed to open a facility in East Whiteland Township, bringing more than 50 new jobs.
Universal Pasteurization has entered into a lease of a 170,000-square-foot facility located at 8 Lee Boulevard. The company plans to invest more than $10.8 million at the new site and has also pledged to create at least 51 new jobs, according to Governor Tom Wolf’s office. The company received a funding proposal from the Department of Community and Economic Development, including $102,000 in job creation tax credits and a $22,950 WEDnetPA grant to train its workforce.
The agreement was coordinated by a group of economic development professionals reporting directly to Wolf in collaboration with Chester County Economic Development Council.
