MALVERN, PA — The Malvern Farmers Market is open for business this Saturday between 1 and 3 p.m. but pre-ordered pick-ups are especially popular. Growing Roots, seller of produce, eggs, baked goods, dairy products and even local libations offers open air shopping, or pick-up at Burke Park. The market operator says whether browsing or picking up, wear a mask.

The Malvern Farmers Market happens along Warren Avenue in Malvern, between King Street and Roberts Road.

The popularity of online orders for pick-up has surprised Growing Roots owner Lisa ONeill. "It's amazing how many people prefer the online shopping for pick-up. I suppose they like the convenience of it, not waiting in line."
