Siemens Wins Bike-to-Work Challenge

Two dozen Siemens employees cycled to work last week.

On May 14, the Transportation Management Authority of Chester County kicked off its annual Bike-to-Work Week. To encourage participation, TMACC invited local workers to compete against each other in the Corporate Cycling Challenge, to see which company would have the most employees commuting via bike.

The results: had 24 riders, topping the list, according to a TMACC press release:

24 Riders         Siemens
6 Riders           Chester County Planning Commission
4 Riders           Vanguard

The release also contained results for each individual rider's miles biked over the course of the work week, May 14–18. A Becket & Lee employee took top honors in that category:
