WEST WHITELAND, PA Police are investigating a report of the theft of three packages from an apartment building on Waterloo Boulevard, West Whiteland Township.

Police said the three subjects depicted in the photo committed theft on Sunday, Oct. 15. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Matthew Emig at 610-363-0200.
