A Delaware County Wawa sold a Powerball ticket that won $1 million on St. Patrick's Day after matching all five balls drawn.
WOODLYN, PA — The luck of the Irish struck a Pennsylvania Lottery player in Delaware County, as they purchased a $1 million-winning lottery ticket on St. Patrick's Day.
According to the lottery, a Powerball ticket sold at the Wawa at 510 Fairview Road in Woodlyn Monday matched five of the five white balls drawn, 11-18-23-38-60, but not the red Powerball 9, to win $1 million, less applicable withholding.
The Wawa will earn a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
