UPPER DARBY, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Delaware County is $1 million richer after hitting it big on a scratch-off ticket.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, Highland Beverage, 7718 West Chester Pike in Upper Darby, sold a $1 million-winning Big Money Millionaire Scratch-Off.
Highland Beverage earns a $5,000 bonus for selling the big winning ticket.
