Beloved Delco Restaurant Planning New Location In Broomall

While it's not clear when the new location will open, the restaurant said it had variances approved in Broomall.

Pica's in Upper Darby back in March said it would close its doors after 70 years of serving hungry Delconians.

The restaurant then said it was looking to shutter in summer, but a new announcement changes the situation.
