Delco Man Charged With 20 Counts Of Child Pornography

A Broomall man has been charged with 20 counts of child pornography and 20 counts of criminal use of a communication facility, records show.

BROOMALL, PA — A Delaware County man has been charged with nearly two dozen counts of child pornography, and court records show he is free on unsecured bail.

According to court documents, Joshua Patrick Dunn, 36, of Broomall, was charged with 20 counts of child pornography and 20 counts of criminal use of a communication facility.

He was released on $200,000 unsecured bail Wednesday after being arraigned, documents show.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports Dunn was charged after county authorities were tipped off to child sex abuse material being uploaded to the messaging app Kik from an IP address in Broomall.

The material reportedly featured minors engaged in sexual activity and posing nude, according to the outlet. Dunn's phone also reportedly had a video of minors showering when it was examined by county investigators.

Court records show Dunn is scheduled for an Aug. 21 preliminary hearing.
